It has been a challenging week, and I haven’t had a chance to do a proper second update. Now I have to try to do it in 10 minutes. Here goes..<\/p>\n
There is rain in the forecast but don’t let it ruin your weekend. This week we have had nice days with an occasional shower or line of storms. Be ready for anything but don’t let the forecast scare you off.<\/p>\n
Events- There is a music festival in Crivitz. The No Wake Zone ( formerly the Peshtigo River Resort ) has live rock bands Saturday and Sunday night. The Lakewood Marti Gras is this weekend. Sunday there is an American Legion memorial service followed by a picnic at the picnic grounds in Silver Cliff.<\/p>\n
Good news, gas has been staying around 2.40 a gallon, and so far they haven’t gone for the typical holiday weekend price gouge.<\/p>\n
The Piggly Wiggly in Crivitz has good deals on charcoal ( Kingsford @ $5 a bag), Johnsonville brats, and both soda & beer.<\/p>\n
The insect world is alive and well. Bring Repel.<\/p>\n
