Freeze Warning!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Greetings and welcome!<\/p>\n

I haven’t had time in the past few weeks to update regularly. Today is important though.<\/p>\n

We had a major series of rainstorms this week that looked a lot like winter storms coming out of the southwest. We aren’t expecting snow here until Sunday.<\/p>\n

Anyway, like happens behind big storms is a huge push of cold Canadian air. Sunday night and Monday the forecast is for temperatures that could freeze plumbing. From the NWS website..<\/p>\n

Usually I don’t worry about plumbing until low 20s. As long as it gets above 40 mid-20s is ok. With a high temp only 2-3 degrees above freezing and a low temp in the low 20s we are in the danger zone.<\/div>\n

Someday I will catch a breath and catch up a little. At the moment I have one foot on the path.. again.
