It looks like we have a very nice weekend ahead. A big area of high pressure will dominate our weekend weather. It looks like mostly clear weather with high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s and lows around 60. The best chance for rain comes Monday and increases as the day progresses.

10th Annual Red Arrow Corn Roast and ATV/UTV Parade
at Old Town Hall Bar and Restaurant, 17767 HWY 32, Downtown Townsend
Parade starts at 10:30AM from Red Arrow Clubhouse to Corn Roast.
Corn Roast from 11AM till ??. Food & Beverages, Free Sweet Corn, Meat Raffles, DJ, Music, Family Fun.

5th Annual Lake Noquebay Musky Tournament
Tournament Headquarters at The Hawk (formerly Mohawk Resort) on Lake Noquebay – $75 per boat, 2 man boats
5:00am Boat Check, 5:30am Pre-tournament Meeting, tournament from 6:00am – 2:00pm Sharp.

The Annual Country Fling from noon until ? – Parkway Inn
Live Country Music, Food and Fun for the whole family
I know of one other event, the Dickenson County Fair. It is about a mile into Michigan on Hwy 8. It is also right by Pier’s Gorge, so a rafting trip or walk through the gorge might fit well with it.
