Greetings and welcome!
I have some additional information about the tornado yesterday evening near Wausaukee.
It was indeed a tornado. It was an F-1 that started about a mile northwest of Wausaukee near Long Lake, and went just north of town in an ESE direction. It looks like it hit the river at about Bear Point, and continued Southeast until it crossed the river again. It went 7.8 miles and was as wide as 250 yards at times.
Here is a link to the official NWS report on it, as well as a map of the path of the tornado.
Until that report came out, specific information on the storm was hard to come by. I will see what I can find out about clean up and relief efforts tomorrow.
